Live at the XK Intersection

Field Notes
Four ways I look at the world. Tap a circle.
EExperienceWhere you can find me
Yes, I'm a mermaid (see About). You'll always find me near water. Underwater is a whole other life, and it's my safe place.
CCreativityWhat inspires me
I'm always somewhere new, and my friends and family have stopped being surprised by where I turn up. You'll find me with a camera or on a walk, taking photos that challenge how I see the world and teach me to really look.
PPerspectiveWhat shifts my mindset
I've set a goal to meet at least one new person every week. Every person is a window onto how someone else sees the world, and you never know what you'll learn.
UUniverseCulture fun fact
In Paris I ate only steak tartare, escargot and frog legs for three days straight, every meal, to find the best one.

Tradish UX/UI
UX/UI Food App & Advertising

Taste is where memory and tradition live on.

Overview
Tradish is a food delivery app that helps travelers, students, and locals discover authentic home-cooked meals from verified cooks, sharing the culture and traditions of the country they’re in.

Travelers and students often struggle to find authentic home-cooked meals in new cities, as most delivery apps focus on restaurants. Meanwhile, many skilled home cooks have the knowledge and desire to share traditional recipes but lack platforms to connect with people seeking authentic cultural experiences.

Inspired by my grandfather, a chef, and a family culture of cooking, Tradish is framed around giving home cooks a platform to share their meals and traditions. The app aims to feel welcoming, with a visual system using cultural patterns, icons, and storytelling features that emphasize trust, community, and authenticity.

The final mobile app experience includes onboarding, cook discovery maps, meal pages, ordering flows, and delivery tracking. Tradish brings people together by giving home cooks a platform to share their traditions while helping users connect with authentic local meals and culture.

Brand Identity & Strategy

Tradish’s identity draws from cross-stitch patterns, referencing placemats, dining tables, and the tradition of handmade connection. Warm, family-oriented tones paired with appetite driven reds and yellows create a system that feels both inviting and rooted in shared meals.

The App

As part of a larger system, the app adapts its visual language to reflect the culture of each country. This prototype focuses on Italy, using localized design elements to shape the look and feel of the experience.

Advertisement Campaign

Through humorous, culturally driven headlines, the campaign highlights the universality of food and family—playing on familiar phrases and reinterpreting them across languages. Stitched typography brings the concept to life, visually connecting the campaign to handmade tradition and the warmth of shared meals.
